A judge in Kansas on Tuesday sentenced a self-proclaimed white supremacist to death for killing three people outside two Jewish centers last year. Frazier Glenn Cross, 74 — also known as Frazier Glenn Miller Jr. — said he was happy with his punishment and gave a Nazi salute when he was sentenced.
