Halloween Pet Costumes Getting Popular

It’s not just people who dress up in costumes for Halloween anymore.  Since many Americans now consider their pets part of their family, they’re getting them decked out too - and taking them to Halloween pet parades, costume contests, and even trick-or-treating.  VOA’s Deborah Block went to a pet store in Virginia, where people were having fun trying the array of costumes on their dogs
