US to Detail Major Changes to Syrian Rebel Training Program

The Obama administration Friday will announce changes to a Pentagon program to train moderate Syrian rebel forces, said U.S. Defense Secretary Ash Carter, who added that the United States wants to focus efforts on working with Kurdish and other forces in Syria.
