South Carolina Faces Epic Flooding

South Carolina's Governor Nikki Haley is pleading with residents of the U.S. Atlantic coastal state to stay home because she says more rain is on the way in the worst rainstorm in the state's history. Haley said Sunday as much as 61 centimeters of rain has fallen in some parts of the state, making it the worst storm there in 1,000 years.
