US-Iran Talks to Focus on Nuclear Deal, Regional Tensions

Working out ways to implement the Iran nuclear deal and possible discussions of the Syrian conflict will be on the agenda when Secretary of State John Kerry meets with Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammed Javad Zarif.   The two will meet Saturday in New York, where world powers are gathering for the U.N.
