Dempsey: Turkish Security Role 'Critical' for NATO

NATO defense chiefs met in Istanbul on Saturday for their final conference of the year to discuss several security issues, including the support mission in Afghanistan, the threat of Russian aggression on the alliance’s eastern flank, and the Islamic state threat.
