Scores Killed in Mecca Crane Collapse

Saudi officials say at least 65 people were killed and 80 others injured when a crane crashed through a ceiling at the Grand Mosque in the holy city of Mecca. The crash left piles of debris and jagged rubble.  Work has been underway to expand the mosque compound. Pictures circulating on social media showed pilgrims in bloodied robes and masses of debris from a part of the crane that crashed.
