Pope to Visit Kenya, Uganda, CAR in November

Pope Francis will make his first trip to Africa in November, visiting Kenya, Uganda and the Central African Republic in a pilgrimage that will bring him face to face with Islamic extremism and Christian-Muslim violence on the continent.   The Vatican on Thursday confirmed the November 25-30 trip, saying Francis had been invited by each of the three heads of states and local bishops.   The trip will pose security risks that have largely been absent on Francis' foreign trips...
