On August 14, Secretary of State John Kerry will fly to Cuba in order to celebrate the restoration of the dipomatic relations beetween the two countries. It is the first time since 1945 that the head of American diplomacy does an official travel on the island. This is a unique opportunity to raise the question of the disastrous situation for the freedom of the press and of the information in Cuba.
