Beirut Residents Fight for Dalieh Coastline

For decades, Lebanon’s coastline has been monopolized by high-end developments and five-star resorts, cutting the public off from much of the shore; but, with Beirutis now facing the prospect of losing one the few shorelines still open to them, activists are fighting back. John Owens tells us about those intent on saving Dalieh.
