Suicide Bomber Strikes Afghan Capital

Officials in Afghanistan said a suicide blast killed at least three people and wounded eight others late Sunday in Kabul. Interior Ministry spokesman Sediq Sediqi told VOA a child is among the dead and the victims are all civilians.
