Afghan President to Urge Flexibility in US Troop Withdrawals

Afghan President Ashraf Ghani and Chief Executive Abdullah Abdullah are visiting Washington this week and are expected to urge the Obama Administration to allow some flexibility in the pace of U.S. troop withdrawals.
