UN Urges Return to Peace Talks in Yemen

The U.S. Ambassador to the United Nations Samantha Power on Sunday urged all of the rival parties in Yemen to return to U.N.-mediated peace talks, after Shi'ite Houthi rebels seized the central city of Taiz. Power issued a statement following an emergency U.N. Security Council meeting to discuss the situation in Yemen.
