Bombings Kills 16 in Iraqi Capital

A pair of bombings killed at least 16 people in and around Iraq's capital on Monday, police said, including a suicide blast in a mainly Shiite section of Baghdad. The morning suicide attack in Baghdad's Kadhamiya neighborhood killed at least 14 people and wounded 30 others. The area is home to one of Shiite Islam's holiest shrines.
