Russia, Western Powers Trade Accusations Over Ukraine

Comments by officials from Germany, the United States, Ukraine and Russia, all attending a major security conference in Munich on Saturday, indicate there are still big gaps between the U.S. and European view of the Ukraine crisis, on the one hand, and Russia's position, on the other.
