Japan Trying to Verify Video Showing Beheaded Islamic State Hostage

Japan's government is investigating a video appearing to show that Islamic State militants have killed one of two Japanese hostages they have been holding. In the video, one of the Japanese men, journalist Kenji Goto, is shown holding up photos of the other hostage, Haruna Yukawa, in which he appears to have been beheaded.
