Thousands of police officers and mourners from around the United States are expected to attend a funeral Sunday in New York for Wenjian Liu, a policeman shot to death last month in a targeted attack. Twenty-eight-year-old Ismaaiyl Brinsley killed Liu and his partner, Officer Rafael Ramos, in December as they sat in their patrol car. Brinsley then shot himself in a nearby subway station.
