Mediterranean Countries Flooded by Desperate Migrants

Italy's navy says it has taken control of a stranded cargo ship in the Ionian Sea that is carrying hundreds of migrants. An Italian helicopter flew out to the ship as part of a rescue team after the vessel issued a distress call in Greek waters. Zlatica Hoke reports this is the latest in a series of incidents in the region involving migrants from Africa and the Middle East seeking a better life in Europe.
