Police in Ohio Fatally Shoot 12-year-old Holding Toy Gun

Police in the U.S. state of Ohio fatally shot a 12-year old boy who was holding a replica gun on a playground. Police say officers shot the boy, identified as Tamir Rice, after he failed to raise his hands when ordered by police. Officials say an officer fired twice after the boy pulled the fake weapon from his waistband. Authorities say an investigation is underway.
