WHO Issues Urgent Appeal for Funding to Bring Ebola Under Control

An aid agency on the ground in West Africa and the U.S. Centers for Disease Control say there is a narrow "window of opportunity" to control the Ebola outbreak. Meanwhile, top officials from the World Health Organization visited New York and Washington to appeal for more funding to help bring the Ebola outbreak under control. VOA's Carol Pearson has more.
