Ukrainian President: Agreement Reached on Truce in Eastern Ukraine

The office of Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko said he and Russian President Vladimir Putin have agreed on a "permanent cease-fire" in eastern Ukraine. In a statement Wednesday, Poroshenko's office said the two leaders reached the agreement in a phone conversation. The statement gave no other details on the cease-fire.
