Judge Declares Washington DC Ban on Public Handguns Unconstitutional

A U.S. federal judge has ruled that a ban on carrying handguns in Washington, DC is unconstitutional. The ruling, made public Saturday, overturns the city's prohibition on carrying a gun in pubic.
