India Train Collides With School Bus, Killing at Least 12 Children

At least 12 children were killed when their school bus was hit by a train in southern India. Police officials said the children were on their way to school when the accident happened at an unmanned railroad crossing in Telangana state Thursday.   The bus driver was also killed. At least 12 children were injured. Accidents are common on India's railroad network, one of the world's largest that carries more than 20 million people per day.
