Taliban Suicide Bomber Kills 4 in Kabul

A suicide bomber killed at least four foreigners and wounded six others in an attack at a compound in Kabul on Tuesday, authorities said. Afghan police said the bomber, who was riding a motorcycle, detonated himself near a group of foreigners who were exercising. The incident occurred  near the outer perimeter of Kabul airport.
