US Court Ruling Could Help Foreign Business Interests

A U.S. court ruled last week that the Obama administration violated the due process rights of a U.S. corporation that is owned by Chinese interests. Experts say the decision, which involved a wind farm project off the coast of Oregon could change the way the U.S. deals with foreign investments that involve national security concerns.
