British PM Reshuffles Cabinet

The office of British Prime Minister David Cameron has announced Defense Secretary Philip Hammond will replace Foreign Minister William Hague, who stepped down in a surprise move Monday as Cameron reshuffles his Cabinet. Hammond has spoken out in favor of Britain leaving the European Union if the EU does not enact reforms.
