Shi'ite Rebels in Yemen Seize City Near Capital

Shi'ite rebels in Yemen have seized control of a city north of the capital, sending thousands of families fleeing. Rebels from the Hawthi group took over Amran Tuesday after months of fighting other tribes backed by the Yemeni army. Witnesses report bodies scattered in the streets.
