3 Killed in Blast Near Somali Parliament

Somali officials say a suicide car bombing near parliament has killed at least three police officers and wounded several others. Al-Qaida-linked al-Shabab rebels have claimed responsibility for the blast Saturday in the capital, Mogadishu, and say such attacks will continue. Parliament was in session at the time of the blast.
