Benghazi Suspect Pleads Not Guilty

The accused ringleader of the deadly 2012  attack on the U.S. consulate in Benghazi, Libya has pleaded not guilty in a federal courthouse in Washington. Ahmed Abu Khatallah arrived in Washington Saturday morning from a U.S. Navy ship and was formally charged with murder and terrorism. He faces the death penalty if convicted.
