S. Korean Soldier Kills 5 Fellow Troops

A South Korean soldier has killed five fellow soldiers and wounded five others at the border with North Korea. A South Korean military official said the army sergeant fired his rifle at an outpost in Gangwon province, east of Seoul.  The soldier fled the scene with his weapon.   Nothing has indicated that North Korea was involved.
