Netanyahu Calls on Abbas to Help Return Kidnapped Teens

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu says he expects Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas to help in returning three Israeli teenagers kidnapped last week from the West Bank and in catching those who abducted them. A statement from Netanyahu's office Monday said the two leaders spoke by telephone. It also quoted Netanyahu saying the kidnappers came from and returned to territory under Palestinian control.
