Ukraine and Russia are meeting for a second day Sunday in Kyiv in an attempt to negotiate an end to their bitter natural gas dispute. Russia has threatened to cut off its gas supply to Ukraine by Monday if Kyiv does not pay Russia's state-owned Gazprom for previous gas shipments.
