CN-Top Washington Monument is Tribute to Arson Investigating Dogs

One of the newest monuments in the U.S. capital has been voted the most popular in a recent on-line contest. It's an out-of-the-way sculpture that depicts a fireman, and a dog with a nose for sniffing out arson. From Loveland, Colorado, Shelley Schlender has this story about the National Fire Dog Monument and the young fire-fighting artist who created it.
