Bombs Targeting Kurdish Political Offices in Iraq Kill 15

Two bombs targeting Kurdish political party offices in northern Iraq have exploded, killing at least 15 people. Officials said the blasts Monday in Tuz Khormato happened at a checkpoint near the offices of President Jalal Talabani's Patriotic Union of Kurdistan (PUK) party.
