At Least 10 Killed in Kenya Explosions, Tourists Evacuated

At least 10 people have been killed in two explosions that rocked a busy market area in Nairobi on Friday. Kenyan medical officials say more than 70 people were wounded. Authorities say the first blast occurred in a minibus and the second explosion took place inside the market.
