A bombing in the Somali capital has killed at least seven people, including a former senior regional administrator.Investigators say the blast occurred Saturday at a busy intersection in Mogadishu as a vehicle carrying a former secretary of administration, Colonel Abdikafi Osman Hilowle, was passing by.A reporter told VOA the administrator, who is currently part of the Somali national police force, is among those killed.The al-Shabab militant group has claimed reasonability for the bombing....
