Kyiv Offers Amnesty for Separatist Protesters

Ukraine's acting president, Oleksandr Turchynov, is promising amnesty for pro-Russia demonstrators if they give up their weapons and vacate government buildings they occupied in two of the country's eastern cities. Turchynov said Thursday he is willing to formalize his pledge through a presidential decree. There has been no reply so far from the separatist protesters.
