Kenyan Police Arrest 650 After Eastleigh Blasts

Police in Kenya's capital have arrested more than 650 people following explosions that killed at least six people on Monday. Kenyan newspapers report that police carried out nighttime raids in the Eastleigh neighborhood of Nairobi, an area with a large Somali immigrant population.
