Thailand Holds Election Re-Run

Thailand has held a re-run of voting in five provinces widely disrupted during last month's general election. The Election Commission says voting in the general election on Feb. 2 was disrupted in 18 percent of constituencies affecting several million people in 18 of 77 provinces. The commission says full results will not be announced until polls have been held in all constituencies.
