Venezuelan opposition supporters are planning a demonstration and march Tuesday at the same time supporters of President Nicolas Maduro plan to take to the streets of Caracas. Opposition leader Leopoldo Lopez has vowed to join the anti-government demonstration and possibly hand himself over to authorities. Lopez has been in hiding after a warrant for his arrest was issued.
