North, South Korea Discuss Family Reunions

Delegates from North and South Korea are meeting Wednesday to discuss the possible reunion of families separated by the 1950s Korean War. Red Cross officials from each country held a morning meeting at the border village of Panmunjom. They also were expected to meet later in the day. Since the program began in 2000, over 18,000 Korean families have been temporarily reunited. The meetings have not been held since 2010.
