A suicide bomber has attacked a military recruiting center in Iraq, killing at least 21 people and wounding at least 30 others.The blast Thursday in central Baghdad happened as army recruits were waiting to register.Police say the attack was carried out by a suicide bomber wearing a belt loaded with explosives.
