At Least 13 Killed in Indian Building Collapse

Indian rescue workers are continuing Sunday to look for survivors of the collapse of the multi-story building under construction in the southwestern state of Goa. Officials say more than a dozen people were killed when the building gave way Saturday in Canacona, about 70 kilometers from the state capital, Panaji. Authorities say 28 people have been rescued.
