India says it has summoned the U.S. ambassador to New Delhi following the detention of an Indian diplomat in New York on visa fraud charges.Ambassador Nancy Powell was summoned to a meeting Friday with Foreign Secretary Sujatha Singh to discuss the arrest of deputy consul general Devyani Khobragade.
