Tour Bus Crash Kills at Least 21 in Northern Thailand

Police say a tour bus crashed in northern Thailand, killing at least 21 passengers and injuring nearly two dozen others, including the driver.   The bus plunged down a deep ravine in Lampang province on Wednesday.   Police say the bus carrying Buddhist worshippers was returning from a trip to a temple at the time of the accident.   Police say the driver is facing reckless driving charges in the deadly crash.
