The Libyan government has summoned the U.S. ambassador to the country to get more information about a raid by American special forces that captured a senior al-Qaida operative. U.S. forces grabbed Abu Anas al-Libi from his car Saturday in Tripoli, and have taken him to a Navy ship for interrogation.
