UN Chief Wants New Joint Syria Chemical Weapons Mission

United Nations Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon is calling for a new joint mission to oversee the destruction of Syria's chemical weapons program. In a letter to the U.N. Security Council, Ban's proposal called for a mission of roughly 100 made up of personnel from the U.N. and the Organization for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons.
