India: Stop Executions

On August 14, 2013, the Indian Supreme Court rejected the appeal for clemency of Devinderpal Singh Bhullar, who was sentenced to death in 2001 for a 1993 bomb attack that killed nine people. The ruling puts him at risk of imminent execution.
