A open letter to President Xi Jinping by Liu Xia, the wife of jailed Nobel peace laureate Liu Xiaobo, was posted by her lawyer on Twitter on 14 June, five days after her brother, Liu Hui, was sentenced to 11 years in jail in the latest evidence of the government's harassment of the families of dissidents.
