Syria: Brigade Fighting in Homs Implicated in Atrocities

Email Human Rights Watch has reviewed graphic evidence that appears to show a commander of the Syrian opposition “Independent Omar al-Farouq” brigade mutilating the corpse of a pro-government fighter.
